1971 – Present – Founded Shannon International, a manufacturer’s representative company in the gift industry, and a consulting company with experience in all aspects of business development.

1971 – 1973 – Territorial representative to furniture, home decorative accessory, and Gift Industry.

1974 – 1983 – Focus shifted to Collectibles, working with several leading collectible companies developing many innovative collector programs and allocation systems.

1984 – 2001 – Co-founded Keramos Industries, which manufactured porcelain Christmas ornaments using a highly technical process still used today. Consulting in technical division to many large corporate clients.

Developed first national independent manufacturers representative organization in the gift industry.

2002 - 2004 - Expansion of consulting services. Expertise in development of start-up companies, and establishment of highly motivated infrastructure of both outside and inside personnel. Sales management, marketing, and CEO training and consulting services.

1971-1979 - Co-founder of Shannon International.

1980 - 1983 - Founder and CEO of Shannon & Daughters, specialized in freelance art work and design work.

1983 - 1986 - Opened retail division - Pewter Carousel which specialized in collectibles and home accessories. Also continued designing products for the gift and home accessory industry.

1987 - 2001 - Expanded into developing and manufacturing products by the founder - The products designed were in the categories of glass, pottery, fabric, and iron - The Snowman Family being the most recognized.

2002 - 2004 - Shannon and Daughters developed a highly professional and productive New England based manufacturers' representative company specializing in infant, children, and woman's accessories to all types of trade.

2004 - 2006 - President of manufacturer's representative company. Expanded into decorative accessories.
|
|
2007 - Present - President of manufacturer's representative company. Expanded into entire northeast region and resort products.
